Abstract:Objective:To investigate the impact of multicomponent exercise prescription on nutritional status and muscle function of elderly patients with heart failure and frailty.Method:A total of 126 elderly patients with heart failure and frailty who admitted to Shijingshan Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected, and they were divided into the experimental group(n=64)and the control group(n=62)by simple randomization method. The control group was given routine exercise guidance, while the experimental group was given multicomponent exercise prescription on the basis of the control group, the nutritional status, muscle function, satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention, the scores of nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS-2002)and controlling nutritional status score(CONUT)in two groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention, the short physical performance battery(SPPB)score of the experimental group was higher than those before intervention and the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multicomponent exercise prescription in elderly patients with heart failure and frailty is conducive to improving nutritional status and muscle function, reducing adverse events and improving satisfaction.
