Clinical Effect of Different Thrombolysis Methods in the Treatment of Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different thrombolytic method in the treatment of patients with pulmonary embolism(PE).Method:A total of 120 patients with PE who admitted to Putian First Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into group A(n=40),group B(n=40)and group C(n=40)according to the random number table grouping method.The thrombolysis method of group A was intravenous infusion of Urokinase,the thrombolysis method of group B was intravenous injection of Reteplase(r-PA),and the thrombolysis method of group C was intravenous pump injection of r-PA,the clinical efficacy,30 d mortality rate,mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP),arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2),levels of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among three groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of group C was higher than those of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05);the 30 d mortality rate of group C was lower than those of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05);MPAP in group C after 7 d of treatment was lower than those in group A and group B,PaO2 was higher than those in group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors in group C after 7 d of treatment were lower than those in group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between group A and group B(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The thrombolytic effect of intravenous pump injection of r-PA in PE patients is better than those of intravenous injection of r-PA and intravenous infusion Urokinase thrombolytic,which can reduce 30 d mortality rate,MPAP,increase PaO2,relieve inflammatory response,and has high treatment safety.
