Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of deep needling of Shaoyang meridian acupoints combined with modified Cong'er Ximing Tang in the treatment of refractory sudden sensorineural hearing loss(RSSNHL).Method:100 patients with RSSNHL admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into combination group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with Shaoyang meridian acupoints and acupoints combined with Cong'er Ximing Tang, and the control group was treated with Cong'er Ximing Tang.Hearing improvement, tinnitus score, psychological state,TCM syndrome score, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the hearing threshold and tinnitus score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of deep needling of Shaoyang meridian acupoints and modified Cong'er Ximing Tang has significant therapeutic effects on RSSNHL,which can effectively improve patients'clinical symptoms and psychological status, promote the improvement of quality of life, and have high safety.
