Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in levels of fibrinogen(Fbg),D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and their relationship with early neurological function.Method:110 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the National Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)assessment results at admission, the patients were divided into mild group(NIHSS score<4),moderate group(4≤NIHSS score<15),and severe group(NIHSS score≥15).The changes of NIHSS score during hospitalization of the three groups were observed, and the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy of the three groups were compared at admission, after thrombolysis and after discharge, and the correlation between the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy and early neurological function was analyzed.Result:During treatment, the NIHSS score,Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy levels of the three groups showed a decreasing trend, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At admission, after thrombolytic therapy and after discharge,NIHSS score of severe group was higher than that of moderate and mild group, and NIHSS score of moderate group was higher than that of mild group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At admission and after thrombolysis, the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy in severe group were higher than those in moderate and mild group, and the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy in moderate group were higher than those in mild group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy among the three groups(P>0.05).The levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy were positively correlated with early neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion:The more severe the early neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction, the higher the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy.Clinically, the levels of Fbg,D-D,FDP and Hcy can be used as indicators to judge the change of the condition and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
