Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cindilimumab combined with albumin-binding paclitaxel and nedaplatin in cervical cancer patients.Method:total of 82 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Jinshazhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into experimental group(n=41)and control group(n=41)by random number table method. The treatment regimen of the control group was albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin, and the treatment regimen of the experimental group was sindelizumab combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel and nedaplatin. The short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors and immune indexes, levels of serum tumor markers, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The disease remission rate and disease control rate in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Progression-free survival and overall survival in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)levels were lower in the control group, lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)levels were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of the serum tumor marker levels, the post-treatment test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of adverse effects, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In cervical cancer patients, cindilizumab and albumin-binding paclitaxel and nedaplatin have significant short-term and long-term effects, which can relieve inflammation, regulate immune function, reduce serum tumor markers, and have high therapeutic safety.
