Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of personalized nursing intervention on the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of neurosurgery patients.Method:A total of 106 neurosurgical patients who treated in Lianjiang County Hospital from September 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the observation group(n=53)and the routine group(n=53)according to the random coin toss method. The routine group was intervened according to the routine nursing process, and the observation group was given personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group. The hemodynamic indexes(whole blood reduced viscosity, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity),coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT),D-dimer(D-D)]before intervention and 1 week after intervention and complications(postoperative bleeding, pulmonary embolism, thrombosis)during intervention were compared between two groups.Result:After 1 week of intervention,PT and APTT in two groups were longer than those before intervention, and the indexes in the observation group were longer than those in the routine group, the whole blood reduced viscosity, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and D-D in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative bleeding, pulmonary embolism and thrombosis between two groups(P>0.05);however,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine nursing interventions, personalized nursing intervention can more effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes and coagulation function of neurosurgery patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
