Effect of Concurrent Chemotherapy with Camrelizumab in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of concurrent chemotherapy with Camrelizumab in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 100 patients with NSCLC who admitted to the 73rd Army Group Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group(51 cases)and the control group(49 cases)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy drugs,while the observation group was treated with Camrelizumab on the basis of the control group.After 3 cycles of treatment,the clinical efficacy,tumor marker levels[cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life measurement scale(EORTCQLQ-C30)]and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 64.71%,which was higher than 42.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CYFRA21-1 and MMP-9 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the scores of EORTCQLQ-C30 in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of NSCLC patients with concurrent chemotherapy with Camrelizumab can improve the clinical effect,reduce the tumor markers levels,improve the quality of life,and have certain safety.
