Influence of Medical Abortion and Curettage on Second Pregnancy of Patients with Missed Abortion after Embryo Transfer in Childbearing Age

Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of medical abortion and curettage on second pregnancy of patients with missed abortion after embryo transfer in childbearing age.Method:A total of 92 cases of missed abortion after embryo transfer in childbearing age in who treated in Macheng People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the medical abortion group and the curettage group according to the treatment methods,46 cases in each group.The threatened abortion,placental abruption,placenta previa,pregnancy complications,cesarean section,premature delivery,low birth weight infants,psychological status and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the incidence of placental abruption,placenta previa,pregnancy complications,cesarean section,premature delivery and low birth weight infants between two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of threatened abortion in the medical abortion group was lower than that in the curettage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the end of pregnancy,the scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in two groups were higher than those in the 12th week of pregnancy,and the scores in the medical abortion group were higher than those in the curettage group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of medical abortion on the second pregnancy of patients with missed abortion after embryo transfer in childbearing age is smaller than that of curettage,the incidence of threatened abortion during second pregnancy is lower,and the mental health status and quality of life after pregnancy are higher.
