Application Study of Modified Herringbone Position in Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of modified herringbone position in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Method:A total of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were selected in Gynecology Department of Gaozhou People's Hospital from April to December 2023.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,50 patients in each group.The observation group was selected with modified herringbone position,and the control group was selected with modified lithotomy position.The satisfaction of medical care,complication rate,blood pressure before and after position placement,comfort level and operation situation were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction of medical care in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure before position placement between the two groups(P>0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of both groups decreased after the postural placement,but the levels of observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort level of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,surgical towel laying time and operation position placement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic total hysterectomy,the selection of modified herringbone position can stabilize blood pressure,ensure the safety of surgery and anesthesia,reduce postural adverse reactions,and nurses can easily operate,and the satisfaction of medical care is high.
