Clinical Study of Roxadustat Sequential rHuEPO in the Treatment of Hemodialysis Patients with Calciphylaxis and Renal Anemia

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Rosastat sequential Recombinant Human Erythropoietin(rHuEPO)in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with calciphylaxis and renal anemia.Method:Fifty hemodialysis patients with calciphylaxis and renal anemia who treaeted in Hui'an County Hospital from May 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into the rHuEPO group(n=25)and the sequential group(n=25)according to the simplified random grouping method(single-double number method).The rHuEPO group was treated with intravenous injection of rHuEPO,and the sequential group was treated with Roxadustat sequential rHuEPO.The clinical efficacy,anemia indexes(red blood cell count,hematocrit,hemoglobin),renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)],iron metabolism[transferrin saturation(TSAT),serum ferritin(SF)]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate in the sequential group was significantly higher than that in the rHuEPO group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the indexes of anemia and iron metabolism in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the sequential group were higher than those in the rHuEPO group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the renal function indexes of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the sequential group were lower than than those in the rHuEPO group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Roxadustat sequential rHuEPO in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with calciphylaxis and renal anemia is is effective,it can improve anemia,renal function and iron metabolism indicators,and has high safety.
