Application Effect of Low-dose Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil Epidural Anesthesia in Labor Analgesia

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the application effect of low-dose Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil epidural anesthesia in labor analgesia.Method:A total of 86 parturients who underwent vaginal delivery in Shishi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,the parturients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia was performed in both groups,group A was treated with 0.075%Ropivacaine+Sufentanil,and group B was treated with 0.1%Ropivacaine+Sufentanil.The pain degree,effective pressing times of analgesic pump,labor process,motor nerve block(Bromage score),cesarean section and neonatal Apgar score were compared between two groups.Result:The visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 10 min after analgesia(T1),when the cervix was fully opened(T2),when the fetal head was delivered(T3),and when the placenta was delivered(T4)and Bromage score of group A were lower than those of group B,the number of effective pressing times of analgesia pump was less than that of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,the rate of cesarean section and the Apgar score of 1 min and 5 min after birth between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil epidural anesthesia has good analgesic effect,light movement block and good safety.
