Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis(AAC).Method:A total of 180 patients with ACC who admitted to Putuo District Central Hospital,Shanghai from May 2023 to May 2024 were included in this study, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,90 cases in each group. The control group was given laparotomy, and the observation group was given LC treatment. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the incidence of complications and the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after operation were compared between two groups.Result:The postoperative normal eating time, exhaust time and recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation, the levels of CRP and IL-8 in two groups were higher than those before operation, but those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparotomy,LC can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with ACC,with lighter inflammatory response and fewer complications.
