Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of different blood purification methods on blood lipids and micro-inflammatory state in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method:A total of 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who treated in Changji People's Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected, and they were divided into group A[treated with high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)three times a week],group B[treated with HFHD twice a week+hemodiafiltration(HDF)once a week],group C[treated with HFHD twice a week and HFHD+hemoperfusion(HP)once a week]according to random number table method,30 cases in each group. The changes of blood lipids and micro-inflammatory state before and after dialysis were compared among three groups.Result:Before purification, there were no significant differences in blood lipid and micro-inflammatory state among three groups(P>0.05);after purification, the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in three groups were decreased, and those in group C were lower than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in high-density lipoprotein(HDL)after purification among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Maintenance hemodialysis patients, blood purification treatment with HFHD twice a week and HFHD+HP once a week is beneficial to improving the blood lipids and micro-inflammatory state.
