Abstract:Objective:This study aims to evaluate the effects of the Penumbra system combined with Reco stent interventional thrombectomy on the recanalization rate and hemodynamics in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Method:Ninety-six patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Siyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated to Yangzhou University Medical College from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to random number table method. The study group received thrombolysis plus Penumbra system combined with Reco stent, and the control group received thrombolysis.Vascular revascularization rate, hemodynamic parameters[Hematocrit high shear viscosity(HSV),low shear viscosity(LSV),and plasma viscosity(PV)],neurological function[using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],vascular endothelial function[serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)]as assessed by statistical methods,Complications were recorded.Result:After treatment,HSV,LSV and PV in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).NIHSS score and ET level were lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of NO was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Penumbra system combined with Reco stent can significantly improve the vascular revascularization rate and hemodynamic parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
