Abstract:[Abstrat]Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and impact on renal function of the combined use of cyclophosphamide and glucocorticoids in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS)patients.Method:A total of 86 patients with NS treated in Liupanshui People's Hospital from July 2020 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by stratified drawing method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid, and the observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoid. The therapeutic effect, renal function index, blood lipid index, toxicity and side effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with control group, serum albumin(ALB)content and serum creatinine level in observation group were higher, blood urea nitrogen(BUN)concentration and 24 h urinary protein quantitative level were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment with cyclophosphamide and glucocorticoid can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with nephrotic syndrome, improve renal function and lipid indexes, and do not increase the incidence of side effects.
