Effect Analysis of HBO Combined with Labetalol before Delivery in Hypertensive Patients during Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of pre-labor hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Method:A total of 101 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Wuyishan City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=52).The control group was treated with labetalol,and the observation group was treated with HBO.Blood pressure control level,uterine arterial hemodynamics[pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),systolic peak velocity/diastolic end velocity(S/D)]and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),PI,RI and S/D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes and adverse fetal outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:HBO combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension before delivery can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients,promote hemodynamic recovery,and have good safety.
