Impact of Nursing Intervention Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior on Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in Puerpera

Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of nursing intervention based on the theory of planned behavior on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in Puerpera.Method:A total of 96 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction treated in Huanggang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(48 patients)received conventional rehabilitation training,while the study group(48 patients)received nursing intervention based on the theory of planned behavior on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor muscle strength,disease knowledge,self-efficacy,rehabilitation exercises compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in disease knowledge level and self-efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the disease knowledge level,self-efficacy level,rehabilitation exercise compliance score,pelvic floor muscle strength and nursing satisfaction score of the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the theory of planned behavior can effectively improve the self-efficacy and disease knowledge levels of mothers with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,enhance compliance with rehabilitation exercises,promote recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,and improve nursing satisfaction.
