Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application of Green's mode in epidural anesthesia for analgesic of urination on primiparous women in vaginal delivery.Method:The clinical data of 100 cases of primiparous women admitted to the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing care mode. The control group adopted the conventional nursing care mode of preventing urinary retention(n=50),and the study group adopted Green's Model on the basis of the control group(n=50).The urinary output, postpartum hemorrhage, anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score, depression self-assessment scale(SDS)score and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The study group's first postpartum urination time was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of first urination was more than that of the control group, and the score of the feeling of dysuria was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the study group was less than that of the control group at 2 h,12 h,24 h of postpartum, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences between the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention, the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting Green's model in epidural anesthesia for analgesia of urination on primiparous women in vaginal delivery can improve maternal urination and bad mood, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, and lower the risk of complications.
