Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of combined diagnosis of alpha fetoprotein(AFP),serum programmed cell death factor 4(PDCD4)and mesothelin(MLSN)in breast cancer.Method:A total of 82 patients with breast cancer who diagnosed and treated in Beijing Huairou Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,80 patients with benign breast tumors who diagnosed and treated in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group, and 80 healthy people who examined at the same time were selected as the health group.AFP,PDCD4 and MLSN levels among three groups were tested, with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of three separate and combined tests for breast cancer was analyzed.Result:The levels of AFP and MLSN in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the healthy group, and PDCD4 was lower than those in the control group and the healthy group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection of AFP,PDCD4 and MLSN were higher than those of single detection, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of AFP and MLSN in breast cancer patients are higher than those in benign breast tumor patients and healthy people, and the level of PDCD4 was lower than those in benign breast tumor patients and healthy people, the combined examination of three indicators can improve the diagnostic efficacy of breast cancer.
