Abstract:Objective:To observe clinical application of arteriovenous graft(AVG)anastomosis and autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)anastomosis in patients with uremia.Method:A total of 50 patients with uremia who were treated in Liaoning Electric Power Central Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected. They were numbered according to the order of admission and randomly divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The autologous group adopted AVF anastomosis and the artificial group adopted AVG anastomosis. The patients were followed up after operation, and the related clinical indexes and complication rate of the two groups were observed.Result:After one month of internal fistula use, urea clearance index(Kt/V),urea reduction ratio(URR)and blood flow in the artificial group were significantly higher than those in the autologous group, after three months of internal fistula use,Kt/V,URR and blood flow in the autologous group were significantly higher than those in the artificial group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During follow-up,the incidence of restenosis in the autologous group was lower than that in the artificial group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The duration of initial stenosis in the autologous group was significantly later than that in the artificial group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications were observed in both groups after operation, and there was no significant difference in the total incidence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with uremia,AVG anastomosis has a higher short-term fistula blood flow and more sufficient dialysis;however, the long-term internal fistula blood flow during AVF anastomosis is higher, the dialysis effect is better, and the probability of postoperative restenosis is lower, the first restenosis time is later, and the clinical effect is better.AVG anastomosis is a good choice for patients who cannot undergo AVF anastomosis, with similar differences in relative safety and incidence of complications.
