Study on Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia and Influence on Prognostic Related Indexes

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia and influence on prognostic related indexes.Method:A total of 80 patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia who treated in the First Hospital of Quanzhou City from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment for idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,the observation group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,clinical imaging physiological scores,lung function indexes[percentage of total lung capacity to predicted value(TLC%pred),percentage of forced vital capacity to predicted value(FVC%pred)and percentage of carbon monoxide diffusion volume/alveolar ventilation volume to predicted value(DLCO/VA%pred)]and prognosis related indexes[serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and salivary liquefied sugar chain antigen(KL-6)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the clinical imaging physiological scores,lung function indexes and prognosis related indexes between two groups(P>0.05);at 1 month and 2 months after treatment,the clinical imaging physiological scores and prognosis related indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the lung function indexes were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia is better,and it can significantly improve the prognostic related indexes of patients.
