Effect of Vitamin AD Combined with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide on Children with Bronchial Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the application effect of Vitamin AD combined with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide in children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted to People's Hospital of Tongcheng County from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Vitamin AD on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)]and immune function(IgE,IgA,IgG)levels of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the inflammatory factors and immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups decreased,and the decrease amplitude was more obvious in the observation group;IgE in immune function indexes in both groups decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group,while IgG and IgA both increased,and the increase was more obvious in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin AD combined with Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide can improve the immune function of children with bronchial asthma,reduce the inflammatory response,promote the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms,and improve the treatment effect.
