Application of Family Cooperative Nursing Combined with Acupoint Application and Massage in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of family cooperative nursing combined with acupoint massage in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Method:100 MPP children admitted to Liupanshui Second People's Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into reference group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was given acupoint application intervention,and the experimental group was given family coordinated nursing combined with acupoint application massage intervention.TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,respiratory parameters and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention for 20 days,TCM syndrome scores,levels of inflammatory factors,respiratory parameters and sleep quality in two groups were lower than before intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family coordinated nursing combined with acupoint application and massage intervention can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve respiratory function and restore sleep quality of children.
