Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with cognitive function training on cognitive function, motor function and daily life activity ability in convalescent stroke patients.Method:A total of 98 convalescent stroke patients who admitted to Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from April 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the intervention group(49 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, while the intervention group was given hyperbaric oxygen combined with cognitive function training based on routine rehabilitation training, the cognitive function, motor function and daily life activity ability of two groups compared.Result:At 2 months of intervention, the scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)upper limb function and lower limb function,Berg balance scale(BBS)and Barthel index in two groups were increased, and those in the intervention group were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with cognitive function training in convalescence stroke patients can improve cognitive function, enhance motor function and daily life activity ability.
