Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive breast gyrotomy(VABB)on benign breast tumors.Method:120 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into open group(n=60)and VABB group(n=60)according to the different treatment. The open group underwent open surgery, while the VABB group underwent VABB.The operation status, pain factor level, breast appearance and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time, incision healing and hospital stay in VABB group were shorter than those in open group, and the intraoperative blood loss and incision length were better than those in open group(P<0.05).Prostaglandin E2(PGE2),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Neuropeptide Y(NPY)in VABB group, were lower than those in the open group after operation(P<0.05).And incision scar, pigmentation and papillary areolar sensation scores in VABB group were higher than those in the open group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the VABB group was significantly lower than that in the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of VABB in benign breast tumors has a remarkable effect, with less trauma, light pain, quick recovery, good appearance of the breast after surgery, fewer complications and other advantages.
