Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of regional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal thermoinfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of peritoneal metastatic malignant tumors.Method:A total of 90 patients with peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Pinghu City from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects, and all patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group received regional arterial chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy, while the control group received systemic intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy of tumor body and ascites were compared between the two groups. The changes of survivin and tumor markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Kamofsky score was used to evaluate the changes of patients'quality of life before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the objective remission rate and disease control rate of tumors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of ascites in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the levels of CEA,CA199 and CA125 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the survivin level of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the Kamofsky score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal thermoinfusion chemotherapy has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of peritoneal metastases of gastric and colorectal cancer, and can significantly reduce survivin and tumor marker levels, improve patients'quality of life.
