Abstract:Objective:Observation of the clinical effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorders.Method:78 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders diagnosed in Fujian Traditional People's Hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group(Youzuopiclon)and a treatment group(rTMS combined with moxibustion+Youzuopiclon),with 39 cases in each group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Parsons Insomnia Scale(AIS)were used to evaluate the sleep quality of enrolled patients before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,PSQI scores in both groups were improved compared with before treatment, and after 4 weeks of treatment,PSQI scores in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,AIS score of both groups decreased compared with before treatment, and after 4 weeks of treatment,AIS score of both groups improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation can continuously improve the sleep quality of stroke patients with high safety.
