The Application Value of ADAMTS-13,HMOX-1,D-Dimer in Cirrhosis with Portal Vein Thrombosis

Abstract：[Absterct]Objective:To analyze the application value of von Willeophilia factor lyase-13(ADAMTS-13),Heme oxygenase-1(HMOX-1)and D-dimer(D-D)in liver cirrhosis with Portal vein thrombosis(PVT).Method:54 patients with cirrhosis combined with PVT(PVT group)and 50 patients with cirrhosis without PVT(non-PVT group)admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and their clinical datas were statistically analyzed.The influencing factors of liver cirthosis complicated with DVT were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Result:There were no significant differences in gender,diabetes mellitus,splenectomy history,cause of cirrhosis,hepatic encephalopathy,age,leukocyte(WBC),platelet(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),cholinesterase(CHE),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL)between the two groups(P＞0.05).Gastrointestinal bleeding and Esophageal and Gastric varices(EGV)were more likely in PVT group,and Child-Pugh score and D-D level in PVT group were higher than those in non-PVT group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),ADAMTS-13 and HMOX-1 in PVT group were decreased compared with non-PVT group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).EGV and D-D were independent risk factors for liver cirrhosis complicated with PVT,with statistical significance(OR＞1,P＜0.05).ADAMTS-13 and HMOX-1 were protective factors for liver cirrhosis complicated with PVT(OR＜1,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical monitoring of EGV,ADAMTS-13,HMOX-1 and D-D in patients with cirrhosis should be strengthened for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
