Abstract:Objective:To observe the efficacy of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil and butorphanol for intravenous controlled analgesia after uterine artery embolization.Method:A total of 70 patients who underwent uterine artery embolization in Wenling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into dexmedetomidine group(Group D)and control group(Group C)by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Ramsay score 6 h,12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after surgery, the score ofstate-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)before and 24 h and 48 h after surgery, and adverse reactions during analgesia were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with Group C,Group D had lower VAS score all time points after surgery, higher Ramsay score, lower anxiety score 24 and 48 hours after surgery, and lower incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil and butorphanol for self-controlled intravenous analgesia after uterine artery embolization has good analgesic, sedative and anti-anxiety effects, and reduces the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
