Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside combined with glutathione on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method:120 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups based on odd and even numbers. The control group was treated with glutathione, while the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-4(IL-4),serum substance P(SP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)],immune function(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Treatment for 12 months, the levels of IL-4,SP and TNF-α were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was even lower(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment, the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than those before treatment, while CD8+was lower than that before treatment, and the observation group showed more significant changes(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of compound glycyrrhizic acid glycoside and glutathione has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with chronic hepatitis B,effectively improving serum inflammatory factors, strengthening immune function.
