Study on the Effect of Weifuchun Capsule Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Hp Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of Weichun capsule combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:A total of 120 patients with Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Chun'an County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Weifuchun capsule combined with quadruple therapy.The clinical effect,the degree of clinical symptoms,laboratory test indexes and the results of Hp negative conversion were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate,Hp negative conversion rate and the levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-Ⅰ),PG-Ⅰ/PG-Ⅱ and G17 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of TCM symptoms and PG-Ⅱ levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Weifuchun capsule combined with quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis,which can not only increase the negative conversion rate of Hp,but also improve clinical symptoms and serum pepsinogen and G17 levels more effectively.
