Application of Multi-disciplinary Nursing Combined Living Hope Planning Nursing in Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of multi-disciplinary nursing combined living hope planning nursing in uremic hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 117 uremic hemodialysis patients admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(58 cases)and observation group(59 cases)according to coin toss method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-disciplinary nursing combined with life hope program nursing.The psychological state,hope level,diet treatment attitude and self-management level of the two groups were compared before and after 3 months of nursing.Result:After 3 months of nursing,the scores of(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the Herth hope scale(HHI)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,cognitive behavioral intention,dietary cultural behavioral intention and negative impact scores of diet change in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of partnership,executive self-care,problem solving and emotional processing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-disciplinary nursing combined with life hope plan nursing can improve the mental health and hope level of uremic hemodialysis patients,enhance their positive attitude towards diet treatment and improve self-management ability.
