Effect of Zushima Plaster Combined with Neck and Shoulder Synchronous Traction on Neck,Shoulder and Back Pain

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of Zushima Plaster combined with neck and shoulder synchronous traction on neck,shoulder and back pain.Method:This study adopted a prospective study method.A total of 96 patients with neck,shoulder and back who were treated in Wuwei City Liangzhou Hospital from March 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the principle of randomization,the above patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.All patients were treated with neck and shoulder simultaneous traction,and the observation group was treated with Zushima plaster on this basis.The results of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pain,range of motion,flexion and extension and rotation angle were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of limb numbness,cervical pain and unfavorable neck movement of the patients in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the scores of limb numbness,cervical pain and unfavorable neck movement of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences of visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in inter-group,time and interaction between the two groups(P＜0.05). There were statistically significant differences of joint motion between the two groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the flexion extension and rotation angles of the two groups were significantly improved,and the flexion extension and rotation angles of the observation group were significantly larger than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:By using the Zushima Plaster combined with neck and shoulder synchronous traction treatment,the patients'pain and joint motion have been significantly improved,the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
