Clinical Effect of Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction Combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone in the Treatment of Stable COPD with Lung and Kidney Deficiency Type

Abstract：Objective:To explore of the clinical effect of Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with lung and kidney deficiency type.Method:A total of 100 patients with stable COPD of lung and kidney deficiency type who admitted to Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with conventional bronchiectasis,anti-infection,correction of acid-base and water-electrolyte disorders,the control group was treated with Salmeterol Fluticasone,the study group was combined with Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors,pulmonary function,arterial blood gas index,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),neutrophils and procalcitonin(PCT)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the daily sputum volume of two groups were less than those before treatment,and that in the study group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone in the treatment of patients with stable COPD of lung and kidney deficiency type can significantly improve arterial blood gas indicators and respiratory inflammation stimulation,which helps to improve lung function and alleviate clinical symptoms,the treatment is safe and practical.
