Effect of Shenmai Injection Combined with Amiodarone on Patients with Tachyarrhythmia after Heart Valve Replacement

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Amiodarone on patients with rapid arrhythmia(RA)after heart valve replacement(CVR).Method:A total of 96 patients with RA after CVR treated in Beijing Jingxin Hospital from May 2021 to February 2024 were selected.They were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to random number table method.Both groups received symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Amiodarone,the study group was treated with Shenmai Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,heart rate,electrocardiogram indicators,cardiac function,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of the two groups decreased,and the heart rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Q-T interval and P-R interval of both groups were prolonged,and the Q-T interval and P-R interval of the study group were longer than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left atrial diameter(LAD)decreased in both groups,LVEF in study group was higher than that in control group,and LVESD,LVEDD and LAD were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)score of the two groups was increased,and the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai Injection combined with Amiodarone in the treatment of RA patients after CVR can improve clinical efficacy,improve heart rate,electrocardiogram and cardiac function indexes,improve quality of life and reduce adverse reactions.
