Clinical Effect of Nadroparin Calcium Combined with Rivaroxaban in the Treatment of Patients with Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Nadroparin Calcium combined with Rivaroxaban in the treatment of patients with pulmonary embolism(PE).Method:A total of 90 PE patients admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given Nadroparin Calcium therapy,the control group was given Warfarin Sodium Tablets,and the observation group was given Rivaroxaban Tablets.The clinical efficacy after treatment,coagulation function,blood gas index,heart rate,pulmonary artery systolic pressure(SPAP)before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the arterial blood partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the arterial partial blood pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,SPAP in both groups decreased than before treatment,SPAP in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Nadroparin Calcium combined with Rivaroxaban has significant effects in the treatment of PE patients,which can improve coagulation function,regulate blood gas index,heart rate,reduce SPAP,and have fewer adverse reactions.
