Clinical Effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection Combined with CO2 Fractional Laser in the Treatment of Keloid

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of keloid.Method:A total of 85 patients with keloid who admitted to Jiangle General Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=42)and the study group(n=43)according to the odd-even number method.The control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection,and the study group was treated with CO2 fractional laser on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,scar severity,serum indexes and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after treatment,the scores of color,vascular distribution,softness and thickness in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase 9,transforming growth factor β1,interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after treatment,the psychological and social scores and total scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of keloid patients is significant.
