Clinical Effect of the Combination of Sinew and Bone Manipulation Method Combined with Cervical Stabilization Training in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of sinew and bone manipulation method combined with cervical stabilization training in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 114 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,57 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional drug treatment,the control group was given cervical stabilization training,and the observation group was given combination of sinew and bone manipulation method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,pain degree,cervical spine function,cervical imaging indexes and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of clinical signs,subjective symptoms and adaptability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the C2-7 Cobb angle and vertebral space height in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sinew and bone manipulation method combined with cervical spine stabilization training can alleviate pain,improve cervical spine function and improve quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis.
