Abstract:Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy based on virtual reality technology combined with Zopiclone on perimenopausal insomnia.Method:A total of 90 patients with perimenopausal insomnia who were admitted to Fuzhou Changle District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in the control group were treated with Zopiclone, and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with cognitive behavioral therapy based on virtual reality technology combined with Zopiclone. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group, the total efficacy rate of the observation group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, sleep latency(SL),wake times(AT)and wake time(AWT)of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in both groups were significantly increased,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were significantly decreased in both groups, and IL-1β and 5-HT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and FSH was lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral therapy based on virtual reality technology combined with Zopiclone in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia can improve the curative effect, promote the improvement of sleep quality of patients, also can up-regulate the levels of IL-1β and 5-HT,and down-regulate the expression of FSH.
