Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Triple Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of triple aerosol inhalation combined with Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:From February 2023 to February 2024,92 patients received in the Internal Medicine Department of Baota District People's Hospital in Yan'an City with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n=46,treated with triple aerosol inhalation)and observation group(n=46,treated with Tanreqing Injection combined with triple aerosol inhalation)according to the principle of random number table.The total effective rate,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA),eosinophils(EOS),interleukin-6(IL-6)],oxidative stress[malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),peroxide dismutase(SOD)],lung function[peak expiratory flow(PEF),medium expiratory flow(MMEF),the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and lung function between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,CRP,SAA,IL-6 and MDA in the two groups decreased,and EOS,SOD,GSH-PX,CAT,PEF,MMEF and FEV1 increased.CRP,SAA,IL-6 and MDA in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and EOS,SOD,GSH-PX,CAT,PEF,MMEF and FEV1 were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Tanreqing Injection combined with triple atomization inhalation can further reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory injury,promote the improvement of lung function,and has definite clinical efficacy and high drug safety.
