Effect of Compound Fengshining Tablets Combined with Imrecoxib in the Treatment of Patients with Unilateral Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of Compound Fengshining Tablets combined with Imrecoxib in the treatment of patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis. Method:From May 2022 to March 2023,120 patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Bone Injury in Yingde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. The patients were divided into control group (60 cases,even number) and observation group (60 cases,odd number) according to the parity of hospitalization last digits of a number. The control group was treated with Imrecoxib,and the observation group was treated with Compound Fengshining Tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,knee joint function,osteoarthritis index,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00％,which was higher than 78.33％ of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,Lysholm score of the two groups increased,and Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the stiffness,pain,difficulty of daily activities scores in both group were reduced,and the scores of stiffness,pain and difficulty of daily activities in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and MMP-3,IL-1β and TNF-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,malondialdehyde (MDA) was lower than that before treatment,and superoxide dismutase (SOD) was higher than that before treatment;after treatment,MDA in observation group was lower than that in control group,and SOD in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:In patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis,the combination of Imrecoxib and Compound Fengshining Tablets can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively improve the clinical condition of patients,reduce the inflammatory response and improve the oxidative stress response.
