Abstract:Objective:To compare the anesthetic effect of Sevoflurane inhalation and Propofol pump injection anesthesia maintenance during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method:Seventy patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group. Both groups were given general anesthesia, the control group used Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia maintenance, and the observation group used Propofol pump injection anesthesia maintenance. Hemodynamic indexes before anesthesia (T0) and 5 min after pneumoperitoneum establishment (T1),anesthetic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result:At T1,the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of control group were higher than those of T0 and observation group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of excellent and good anesthetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia maintenance,Propofol pump injection anesthesia maintenance is more effective in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which can not only improve the anesthesia analgesia and sedation effect of patients, but also reduce hemodynamic fluctuations and reduce adverse reactions.
