Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose Amisulpride combined with Quetiapine and Olanzapine on patients with first-episode schizophrenia (FE-SCH). Method:A total of 92 patients with FE-SCH admitted to Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, there were 46 patients in both groups. Both groups were treated with Quetiapine and Olanzapine, and the observation group added low-dose Amisulpride. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions after treatment, positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) score, neurotrophic factor levels[serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF)]and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Result:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in PANSS score, neurotrophic factors and inflammatory factors between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of BDNF and GDNF and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group were higher, and the PANSS score and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Low-dose Amisulpride with Quetiapine and Olanzapine can reduce the inflammatory response, protect the nerve cells, and promote the improvement of symptoms in patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and they are safe and reliable.
