Clinical Effect of Qizhi Sanqi Decoction Assisted Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chest Pain and Heart Pain with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qizhi Sanqi Decoction assisted western medicine in the treatment of chest pain and heart pain with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Method:A total of 86 patients with chest pain and heart pain with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given Qizhi Sanqi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,coagulation indicators,heart function and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath and fatigue in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) of two groups were longer than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,the fibrinogen (FIB) of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) of two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Qizhi Sanqi Decoction assisted western medicine in the treatment of patients with chest pain and heart pain with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can relieve symptoms,improve coagulation function,promote the improvement of cardiac function,safe and reliable.
