Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and adverse reactions in acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 106 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=55)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with aspirin, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin.NIHSS score,ADL,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS,ADL scores and hemorheology between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS in observation group was lower than that in control group,ADL in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the hematocrit, fibrinogen and ESR levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in acute cerebral infarction has a considerable effect, which is beneficial to improve the neurological function of patients, promote the optimization of blood flow and daily living ability, and thus effectively improve the overall prognosis.
