Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium combined with levofloxacin in patients with chronic bronchitis(CB).Method:A total of 150 CB patients admitted to Jingshan People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin, and the observation group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with levofloxacin. The clinical efficacy, duration of clinical symptom resolution, inflammatory response[interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(Neutrophil)],lung function[peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR),maximum volume per minute(MVV),partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen(PaO2)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The disappearance time of cough, expectoration and wheezing in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-8,WBC and NEUT in 2 groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,MVV,PEFR and PaO2 in 2 groups were higher than the before treatment, and observation group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CB patients were treated with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium and levofloxacin, and the clinical symptoms were improved, the inflammation in vivo was effectively inhibited, the lung function and blood gas indexes were improved, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was low.
