Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of salvianolate on angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:151 cases of elderly patients with coronary angina admitted to Danyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(n=75)and the observation group(n=76)according to the randomization method. The control group was treated with hydroclopidogrel and atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated with combined danshen polyphenols on the basis of the control group. The efficacy and serum indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).And the blood lipid indexes and serum levels of SAA and Lp-PLA2 were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salvianolate is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and can effectively regulate the metabolism of blood lipids and serum levels, with good safety.
