Clinical Effect of Phentolamine Combined with Pituitrin in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Hemoptysis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of phentolamine combined with pituitrin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis.Method:Eighty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis admitted to Renhuai People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pituitrin alone,and the observation group was treated with phentolamine on the basis of this.And the clinical efficacy and the remission time of hemoptysis were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of hemoptysis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,1 s expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis with pituitrin alone,the combined use of phentolamine on the basis of this drug can achieve more ideal therapeutic effect.
