Abstract:Objective:To investigate the repair effect of acellular allograft dermis combined with autologous blade thick skin in deep burn wounds of head and face.Method:64 patients with deep head and face burn admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and combination group by double-blind method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was repaired by autologous thick blade skin graft, and the combination group was treated with acellular allogeneic dermis on this basis. The survival rate of the two groups, the wound healing index and the incidence of complications were compared, and the scar hyperplasia of the two groups was evaluated by the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS).Result:There was no significant difference in the survival rate of skin between the combined group and the control group(P>0.05).The wound drying time and wound healing time in combination group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in combination group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).All VSS scores and total scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acellular allograft dermis combined with autologous blade thick skin can effectively ensure skin survival, accelerate wound healing, reduce the risk of related complications, and reduce scar hyperplasia in patients with deep head and face burns, and the repair effect is better.
