Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressing Beans Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Insomnia of Heart Blood Stasis Type

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with acupoint application in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with insomnia of heart blood stasis type.Method:A total of 86 patients with heart blood stasis type CHD with insomnia admitted to Quanzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were prospectively selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application treatment on this basis.The clinical efficacy after treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome score,sleep quality,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep efficiency,hypnotic drugs,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction,sleep time,sleep quality and sleep time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the score of quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with heart blood stasis type CHD with insomnia is effective,can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,sleep quality and quality of life,and has good safety.
